RESOLUTION NO. 06 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ALTERATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE JOSEPH <br />STECKER HOUSE LOCATED AT 722 PINE STREET FOR EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS <br />AND A REAR ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission (HPC) an application requesting an alteration certificate for a historic <br />residential structure located on 722 Pine Street, on property legally described as Lot 5, <br />Block 7, Jefferson Place, Town of Louisville, City of Louisville, State of Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the HPC have reviewed the application and found it <br />to be in compliance with Chapter 15.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code, including Section <br />15.36.120, establishing criteria for alteration certificates; and <br />WHEREAS, the HPC has held a properly noticed public hearing on the proposed <br />alteration certificate; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed scope of work, outlined in the staff report on July 17, <br />2017, meets the criteria of Louisville Municipal Code Section 15.36.120 and are historically <br />compatible and do not detract from the historic character of the structure; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />The application for an alteration certificate for the Joseph Stecker House is <br />approved as described in the staff report dated July 17, 2017 with the following conditions: <br />1.
