RESOLUTION NO. 07 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING A <br />PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION GRANT FOR THE AGATHA STECKER HOUSE <br />LOCATED AT 720 PINE STREET <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission (HPC) an application requesting a preservation for the Agatha Stecker House <br />located at 720 Pine Street, on property legally described as Lot 5, Block 7, Jefferson Place, <br />Town of Louisville, City of Louisville, State of Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the HPC have reviewed the application and found it <br />to be in compliance with Section 3.20.605.D of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the HPC has held a properly noticed public hearing on the preservation <br />and restoration grant and new construction grant; and <br />WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission finds these proposed <br />improvements will assist in the preservation of the Agatha Stecker House, which is to be <br />landmarked by the City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />The Historic Preservation Commission recommends the City Council approve the <br />proposed Preservation and Restoration Grant for Agatha Stecker House at 720 Pine <br />Street, in the amount of up to $20,000. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 2017. <br />nda Haley, Chairperson <br />C,G\WD D c1(An3 \ cL Chid' <br />1 <br />
