RESOLUTION NO. 05 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO <br />THE LANDMARK LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR THE RESTAS-MORGAN <br />HOUSE AT 1131 SPRUCE ST. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission (HPC) an application requesting to amend the legal description for the Restas- <br />Morgan House on 1131 Spruce Street, on property legally described as Lot 2, East <br />Louisville Replat A; has been submitted to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the HPC have reviewed the application and found it to <br />be in compliance with Chapter 15.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the HPC has held a properly noticed public hearing on the proposed <br />landmark amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville City Council approved the landmark designation of the <br />Restas-Morgan House through Resolution No. 13, Series 2013 with the legal <br />description of the South 28 fee of Lots 8-9, Block 3, East Louisville; and <br />WHEREAS, there are no changes to the landmarked structure; and <br />WHEREAS, the detached garage on the north side of the property is not included in <br />the landmark designation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1.
