RESOLUTION NO. 07 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ALTERATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE DISALVO <br />HOUSE LOCATED AT 1021 MAIN STREET FOR EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission (HPC) an application requesting an alteration certificate for a historic residential <br />structure located on 1021 Main Street, on property legally described as Lot 5-6, Block 1, <br />Barclay Place, Town of Louisville, City of Louisville, State of Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the HPC have reviewed the application and found it to <br />be in compliance with Chapter 15.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code, including Section <br />15.36.120, establishing criteria for alteration certificates; and <br />WHEREAS, the HPC has held a properly noticed public hearing on the proposed <br />alteration certificate; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed scope of work, outlined in the staff report on October 15, <br />2018, meets the criteria of Louisville Municipal Code Section 15.36.120 and are historically <br />compatible and do not detract from the historic character of the structure; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />The application for an alteration certificate for the Agatha Stecker House is approved <br />as described in the staff report dated October 15, 2018, with the following conditions: <br />1.
