The licensee has served the suspension on one, one has a show cause <br />hearing set and one is being considered at this meeting. <br />City sales tax is current. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authority approve the renewal application for Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License for <br />KCM Restaurant Holdings LLC d/b/a Mudrock's Tap and Tavern. <br />The Authority may set a hearing on this renewal application, which hearing may be <br />held after proper notice. <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY <br />
