112 City, <br />Om Louisville <br />COLORADO SINCE 1878 <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 20, 2019 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7 00 PM <br />Cali to Order — Mayor Muckle called the meeting to order at 7 00 p m <br />Roll CaII was taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council Mayor Robert Muckle <br />Mayor Pro Tem Jeff Lipton <br />Councilmember Jay Keany <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Susan Loo <br />Councilmember Dennis Maloney <br />Councilmember Ashley Stolzmann <br />Staff Present: Heather Balser, City Manager <br />Megan Davis, Deputy City Manager <br />Kathleen Hix, Human Resources Director <br />Rob Zuccaro, Planning & Building Safety Director <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Kathleen Kelly, City Attorney <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />All rose for the pledge of allegiance <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle called for changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved to approve the <br />agenda, seconded by Councilmember Maloney All in favor <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Heather Wiegand, 1240 Jefferson Avenue, stated people are frequently running the stop <br />sign at Jefferson Avenue and Lafayette Street; she would like the City to have more <br />enforcement in the area She stated Pirates Park is heavily used after dark and she is <br />concerned what is taking place as there is very poor lighting there Lastly, she stated cars <br />City of Louisville <br />City Council 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 <br />303 335.4536 (phone) 303 335.4550 (fax) www LouisvilleCO gov <br />
