Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 8th, 2019 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br />Scheduling for 2019 Department Review Audit <br />Ritchie explained that typically the Commission met in the fall during a special meeting. <br />Ritchie and the Commission discussed possible dates. Rice and Williams stated that <br />they would not be available for the proposed August date and Rice added that he would <br />not be available for the October date either. <br />Howe asked if the Transportation Master Plan could be available to the Commission <br />more than a week in advance of the September meeting. <br />Ritchie responded that it would be available early next week. <br />Howe asked about staff's expectations for the Transportation Master Plan discussion. <br />Ritchie replied that staff would like a recommendation for approval even though it would <br />not be a formal resolution and they would also appreciate comments. <br />Williams asked if the Commission's comments be passed onto City Council. <br />Ritchie responded that staff would try to incorporate everything that they could before <br />the Council meeting. <br />ITEMS TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 12TH, 2019 <br />• Speedy Sparkle PUD Sign Amendment — Continued from July 11th, 2019 <br />• Transportation Master Plan <br />• Business Center at CTC Replat I GDP Amendment, Plat and PUD <br />Ritchie noted that the Business Center Replat would not be ready for September and <br />she was not sure if the Speedy Sparkle would be ready by the required notice time. <br />ITEMS TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR THE SPECIAL MEETING ON <br />SEPTEMBER 26TH, 2019 <br />• McCaslin Small Area Plan Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Parcel 0 <br />Adjourn: Rice moved and Moline seconded a motion to adjourn.
