Two of the applicants had attended the training class
presented by the State on Sunday, October 26, 1997.

Jeffers asked the applicant if they had any comments or information they would like to share with the
Authority.

Applicants stated that there will be no changes to the premises. The share holdings shown on the
application are different from the individual history reports - these were done prior to discussions with
the attorney for the applicant and should all be 35% each for Mary and July and 30% for Joseph. Joseph
and Mary gave an overview of their daughters restaurant and bar experience and knowledge.

Jeffers asked where the excess stock of alcohol would be store and if the license would include any a
patio or any part of the sidewalk area. Applicant stated that there is a locked outdoor cooler with only
access from inside of the building and that there is a patio included in the lease agreement. Jeffers asked
that the applicant show the coolers and the front patio area on the diagram including dimensions so that
these areas would be included as part of the licensed premises.

Jeffers called for any additional Authority comments or motion.

2
