ORDINANCE NO. 1543 <br /> SERIES 2008 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS WITHIN <br /> BLOCK 10 OF THE NORTH END SUBDIVISION <br /> WHEREAS, by the plat of the North End Subdivision, recorded August 17, 2007 in Plan <br /> File No. P-68, F-1, numbers 30, 31, 32, and 33, Reception No. 2876924, Boulder County Records, <br /> there was dedicated to the City of Louisville certain access, utility, and/or drainage easements <br /> within Block 10 of said North End Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to facilitate a replat of said Block 10, proper application has been <br /> made to the City for vacation of the City's interest in said access, utility, and/or drainage easements <br /> within Block 10, as previously dedicated by the North End Subdivision plat; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds and determines that the easements for which vacation is <br /> requested are not and will not be needed for any public purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds and determines that the easements for which vacation is <br /> requested are not being used or held for park purposes or for any other governmental purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the application and vacate the City's <br /> interests in the easements for which vacation is requested; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. The City hereby vacates the City's interests in all access,utility and drainage <br /> easements within Block 10 of the North End Subdivision which were previously dedicated by the <br /> plat of the North End Subdivision recorded August 17, 2007 as Plan File No. P-68, F-1, numbers <br /> 30, 31, 32, and 33,Reception No. 2876924, Boulder County Records <br /> Section 2. The vacation effected under Section 1 includes all of the City's interests in <br /> the following easements within Block 10 as previously dedicated by said plat of the North End <br /> Subdivision: <br /> (A) That certain 20-foot utility, drainage, and access easement located within Block 10; <br /> (B) Those certain 20-foot access and utility easements located within Block 10; <br /> (C) That certain 10 foot access and utility easement located in the southwest portion of <br /> Block 10; <br /> (D) Those certain 5-foot utility and drainage easements located within Block 10; <br /> (E) That certain 6-foot utility easement located within Block 10; and <br /> (F) That certain utility and drainage easement of undefined width in the easternmost <br />
