<br />Adequate Staffing_: IT Manager; Sales Tax Auditor; Human Resources Analyst
<br />and Expand '/z time Planner to Full-i:ime.

<br />COUNCIL COMMENTS
<br />Mayor Sisk asked what additional staffing is needed. City Manager Fleming
<br />explained a Management Analyst would greatly assist the City Manager's office
<br />and a Facilities Foreman would assist the new Facilities Manager. He noted
<br />those positions and the Coal Creek Crossing Event and Zero Waste Event were
<br />not included in the 2009 budget due to funding concerns.

<br />City Manager Fleming presented a summary of the proposed 2009 capital
<br />projects as proposed in the 2009-2013 Capital Improvement Programs.

<br />• Street Repair and Reconstruction (2009-2013, $1,000,000)
