to agree to such shorter notice by Judge Wheeler and appoint Mr. Thrower as Interim <br />Presiding Judge. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO THAT: <br />1. The proposed Agreement for Interim Municipal Judge Services (the "Interim <br />Agreement") is hereby approved in essentially the same form as the copy of such Interim <br />Agreement accompanying this Resolution. <br />2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Interim Agreement on behalf <br />of the City Council of the City of Louisville, except that the Mayor is hereby granted the <br />authority to negotiate and approve such revisions to said Interim Agreement as the Mayor <br />determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the essential <br />terms and conditions of the Interim Agreement are not altered. <br />3. The City Council hereby agrees to a notice period of less than 30 days, as <br />requested by Judge Wheeler in her written notice dated September 17, 2019, with Judge <br />Wheeler's term ending on the date of full execution of the Interim Agreement or September <br />30, 2019, whichever shall first occur. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of , 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Robert P.
