Window sign illumination standard was revised to expand the <br />types of allowed illumination. <br />• Section 2.2.4. Temporary decorative exemption — removed content based <br />language <br />• Definition of mural updated to provide clarity and administration authority <br />• Staff made numerous minor grammatical edits throughout the document. <br />• Temporary yard signs in the right-of-way. <br />o Staff and legal counsel recommend this not be permitted.
