City of Louisville Open Government and Ethics <br />Louisville adheres to Open Government rules which require that meetings <br />(such as LBOT) be posted ahead of time so that members of the community <br />may attend. In addition, there is a Code of Ethics which establishes rules <br />and expectations for public officials including LBOT members. LBOT Accomplishments and Activities <br />The LBOT supports the Library staff as needed and participates in outreach <br />activities to promote the Library. Many of these activities are recurring each <br />year, including: <br />i. One Book for Colorado — The State of Colorado program to provide <br />a book to every 4 year old. The LBOT supports this by delivering <br />books to the pre-schools each year. <br />ii. Little Libraries — The LBOT coordinated the construction and <br />installation of 3 Little Libraries and regularly supplies books and <br />
