RESOLUTION NO. 04 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ALTERATION CERTIFICATE <br />FOR THE WATELLET HOUSE LOCATED AT 816 LINCOLN AVENUE FOR EXTERIOR <br />ALTERATIONS. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission (HPC) an application requesting an alteration certificate for a historic <br />residential structure located on 1021 Main Street, 816 Lincoln Avenue, on property legally <br />described as Lots 15-16, Block 5, Pleasant Hill Addition, Town of Louisville, City of <br />Louisville, State of Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the HPC have reviewed the application and found <br />that it does comply with Chapter 15.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code, including Section <br />15.36.120, establishing criteria for alteration certificates; and <br />WHEREAS, the HPC has held a properly noticed public hearing on the proposed <br />alteration certificate on October 21, 2019, where evidence and testimony were entered into <br />the record, including findings in the Louisville Historic Preservation Commission Staff Report <br />dated October 21, 2019. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Does hereby recommend approval of the application for an alteration certificate for <br />the Watellet House as described in the staff report dated October 21, 2019: <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21 st day of I tober, 2019. <br />Cale , ckinson, Vice Chair <br />1 <br />da Haley, airp - rson <br />
