RESOLUTION NO. 17 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AN <br />AMENDMENT TO THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC GENERAL DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN REGARDING THE ALLOWED USES AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, A <br />FINAL PLAT TO CONSOLIDATE LOTS, AND A FINAL PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT FOR LOT 2, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC REPLAT E AND <br />LOT 6, BLOCK 1, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC, LOCATED AT 1411 AND 1443 <br />S. ARTHUR AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for an amendment to The Business Center at CTC General Development <br />Plan regarding the allowed uses and development standards, a Final Plat to consolidate <br />lots, and a Final Planned Unit Development to allow construction of an office building <br />and associated site improvements. <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville subdivision and zoning regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on October 10, 2019, where evidence and testimony were <br />entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission <br />staff report dated October 10, 2019 ; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for an amendment <br />to The Business Center at CTC General Development Plan regarding the allowed uses <br />and development standards, a Final Plat to consolidate lots, and a Final Planned Unit <br />Development to allow construction of an office building and associated site <br />improvements, with the following condition: <br />1.
