ORDINANCE NO. 62 <br /> AN ORDINANCE IN RELATION TO THE BREEDING OF STOCK WITHIN THE <br /> LIMITS ' OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO AND PROVIDING A PENALTY <br /> FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE ORDINANCE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUIS- <br /> VILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Sectionl. ' No person, persons, corporation, partnership, company, <br /> or association, shall keep, use , or maintain in the Town of Louis- <br /> • lle, Colorado, any stallion or stallions, jack Or jacks, bull or <br /> bulls, or other male animal or animals, for breeding purposes , or <br /> breed the same in said town unless the breeding place or ground <br /> shall be enclosed by a tight board fence or other fence or struct- <br /> ure equivalent to such board fence, and not less than ten feet in <br /> height.' <br /> Section 2. Any such person, persons, partnership, corporation, <br /> company or association, who shall violate the provisions of this <br /> ordiniance, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con- <br /> viction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not lets than five <br /> dollars (05.00).' 'or more than fifty dollars ($50. 00) and each day <br /> of the continuance of the matter or any of the matters herein <br /> above prohibited shall' 'be deemed 'a 'separate offense. <br /> Passed and adopted as' read this 22nd day of ,February, 1909. <br /> Wm.
