<br /> Ordinance No. 23. in relation to offi-
<br /> cers, and entitled, "An Ordinance in
<br /> Relation to Town Officers, and to Re-
<br /> peal Chapter 2 of Book of Ordinances !b
<br /> and all Ordinances inconsistent here- �'
<br /> •, with," be amended to read as follows: •
<br /> Section 4. All said officers except the
<br /> Town Attorney and the Health Officer
<br /> (who may or may not be residents of
<br /> said town) shall be residents of and a
<br /> within the corporate limits of the town i
<br /> of Louisville,,and when any such officer,
<br /> except as above specified, shall remove -
<br /> . his residence from said town, he shall ,
<br /> be deemed to have vacated his office,
<br /> • and said office, in such case is hereby
<br /> declared ipso facto vacant.
