<br /> Concerning Vagrants.

<br /> BE 3t ordained by the Board of Trus-
<br /> tees of the Town of Louisville,
<br /> State of Colorado.
<br /> ;•ection 1. That any person able
<br /> to work and support himself who
<br /> sh••cl be found loitering or strolling

<br /> i be•,a ing, or leading an idle, immoral
<br /> i or , rofligate course of life in the —
