<br /> An Ordinance in Relation to Taxes
<br /> Be it ordaiaed•by the Board of Trustees of
<br /> the Town of Louisville,Colorado:—
<br /> Section 1. That there be and hereby is levied
<br /> upon the assessed valuation of all persdbnal and
<br /> real property in the Town of Louisville(Colo-
<br /> rado,for the year 1909, a tax of sixteen (16)
<br /> mills on each dollar of said assessed valuation
<br /> for the the purpose of paying the current ex-
<br /> penses and general, expenses, and to provide
<br /> for a sinking fund to pay the water bonded
<br /> indebtedness for said Town of Louisville, for
<br /> 1 the fiscal your commencing On the first day of
<br /> April,1909. f
<br /> Passed and adopted this 5th day of October, ii
