It shall not be lawful for anyone <br /> to keep or exhibit,or cause to be kept or ex- <br /> hibited for gain or profit within the Town of <br /> Louisville,any exhibition of moving pictures- <br /> without first having paid a license for such <br /> privilege;or for any person to exhibit or cause <br /> to be exhibited any such exhibition unless the <br /> building in which such exhibition is given shall <br /> he provided with at least one back doorway of <br /> not less than five feet in width, for each and <br /> every 250 persons who might be seated within <br /> such building,or in the,part thereof intended <br /> for public assembly,or without there are prop- <br /> er and sufficient ways and passages leading to <br /> and from every doorway, and the doors there- <br /> to are made and arranged to open outward. <br /> I Section 2. The license fee for such right as <br /> hereinabove specified shall be as follows <br /> , The license fee for one year, fifteen dollars <br /> ($15.00)or two dollars($2.00) per day for each <br /> day less than one year. <br /> Seabion 3. Any person who shall be found <br /> Iguilty of a violation of this ordinance shall be <br /> punished by a fine of not less than ten dollors <br /> ($10.00)and not more than one hundred dollars <br /> ($100.00),or by confinement in the town Jail or <br /> + calaboose for a period of not less than 10 days, , <br /> and not more than 30 days,or by both such fine <br /> and imprisonment. <br /> Passed and adopted this 19th day of October. <br /> r 1909. <br /> H.
