ORDINANCE NO. 81. <br /> J <br /> AN ORDINANCE IN RELATION TO THE LICENSE FEE OR RENT FOR THE <br /> USE OF WATER IN WATER MOTORS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUIS- <br /> VILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That the annual license fee for the use of water for <br /> washing machine motors connected with the water works system of the <br /> Town of Louisville, and other similar- water Motors using a no greater <br /> amount of water, is hereby' fixed and established at Two Dollars <br /> per year, payable quarterly in advance.. <br /> Seetion' 2.' Any person or persons using or permitting ,on their prem- <br /> ises , the use of water from the Town system , for the purposed named <br /> in Section 1, of this Ordinance , without first procuring a license <br /> or paying the license fee therefor, shall be deemed guilty of a mis- <br /> demeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in nny sum not <br /> less than Five Dollars, ( 5.00) , or more than Three Hundred Dollars <br /> ($300. 00) <br /> Section 3. All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances inconsistent or <br /> in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed. <br /> Introduced, read, adopted and ordered published in the Louisville <br /> News, this 6th day of July, A.
