<br /> Section 3. The town clerk shall 3
<br /> provide for use of said election, in
<br /> sufficient supply two sets of ballots, • •
<br /> one of which shall be headed "For re
<br /> Annexation," and the other shall be
<br /> headed "Against Annexation,"
<br /> and shall also provide a sep-
<br /> arate ballot box, to be used for
<br /> the purpose only of receiving such
<br /> ballots. Such ballots and separate
<br /> ballot box shall be at the regular
<br /> polling place at the opening of the
<br /> polls on the said election day and
<br /> in charge of the judges of the said
<br /> election.
<br /> Section 4. The judges of
<br /> election on said election day
<br /> shall deliver to each person en-
<br /> titled to vote thereat, with the reg-
<br /> ular ballot for election of town of
<br /> ficers, one of said ballots headed 1'
<br /> "For Annexation" and one of said
<br /> ballots headed "Against Annexation"
<br /> and such electors shall have the
<br /> right to deposit one of the said bal-
<br /> •lots in the said separate ballot box
<br /> and shall retain or destroy the oth-
<br /> er.
<br /> Section 5. That after the close
<br /> of the polls, the said ballots shall
<br /> be counted by the judges of election
<br /> and returns thereof transmitted to
<br /> the proper authority of the town ant of said Town of Louisville. or
