ORDINANCE NO. 122 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION TWO AND SIX OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED <br /> "AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING OFFICERS AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF <br /> A TOWN MARSHALL AND BUILDING INSPECTOR AND DEPUTY TAX COLLECTOR, TO PRE- <br /> SCRIBE HIS BOND AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A TOWN CLERK AND <br /> EX-OFFICIO STREET AND WATER COMMISSIONER AND DEPUTY MARSHALL AND BUILDING <br /> INSPECTOR AND TAX COLLECTOR, TO PRESCRIBE HIS BOND AND TO REGULATE THE <br /> DUTIES AND SALARIES OF SUCH OFFICER; AND TO REPEAL ALL ORDINANCES AND <br /> PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. "WHICH ORDINANCE IS NO. 117 <br /> AND ADOPTED ON SEPT MBE R 3RD, 1918. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, <br /> BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That Section 2 of and Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Con- <br /> ceerning. Officers and to Provide for the Appointment of a Town Marshall <br /> and Building Inspector and Deputy Tax Collector, to Prescribe his Bond <br /> and to Regulate the Duties and Salaries of same; and to Provide for the <br /> Appointment of a Town Clerk and Ex-Officio Street and Water Commissioner <br /> and Deputy Marshall and Building Inspector and Tax Collector; to Pres- <br /> cribe his Bond and to Regulate the Duties and Salaries of such Officer; <br /> and to Repeal all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in Conflict here- <br /> with, " Which Ordinance is No. 117 and which was adopted on September <br /> 3rd, 1918 is hereby amended to Read as follows: <br /> ' Section 2. That the salary of such Town Marshall and Building Inspector <br /> and Deputy Tax Collector, so appointed, shall be One Hundred and Twenty <br /> Five Dollars ( 4125. 00) per month, payable monthly, but such Marshall, <br /> Building Inspector, and Deputy Tax Collector shall receive no other <br /> compensation or fees of whatsoever kind of nature for any duties now <br /> or hereafter required to be performed by such Marshall and Building <br /> Inspector and Deputy Tax Collector, and any fees earned by such Officer <br /> as Marshall in executing the process of the Police Magistrate of the <br /> Town, or otherwise, shall be accounted for by him and turned into the <br /> Town Treasury. <br /> That Section Six of said Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 6. The Salary of the Town Clerk and Ex-Officio, Water and <br /> Street Commissioner, and Deputy Marshall, Building Inspector and Tax <br /> Collector, shall be One Hundred and Forty Dollars, ($140.00) per month <br /> payable monthly, but such Officer shall receive no other compensation <br /> or fees whatsoever kind or nature for any duties now or hereafter re- <br /> quired to be performed by him in any of the said capacities, and any <br /> fees earned by him as Deputy Marshall shall be accounted for by him <br /> and turned into the Town Treasury. <br /> Section 3, All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in Conflict herewith <br /> are hereby repealed, <br />
