ORDINANCE NO. 161. <br /> • <br /> ' " AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING' WATER; And to amend Rule eleven of <br /> Section Six of an ordinance entitled "ESTABLISHING RULES AND REG- <br /> ULATIONS GOVERNING WATER RATES AND PRIVILEGES IN RELATION TO: THE <br /> WATER WORKS SYSTEM, passed and adopted the '23rd day of February <br /> A. D. l921.., <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUIS- <br /> VILIE,: <br /> Section 1. That rule eleven of Section Six ( 6) of an ordinance <br /> entitled "Establishing rules and regulations governing water rates <br /> and privileges in relation to the water works system`' passed and <br /> adopted on the 23rd day of February A. D. , 1921 is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Rule 11. Consumers shall not use hose larger than three-fourths <br /> inch in diameter, and sprinkling without nozzle or from nozzle larger <br /> than one fourth inch opening is forbidden. Water for lawn, garden <br /> and other sprinkling may be used in accordance with such provisions <br /> and regulations as may be made from time to time by resolution of <br /> of the Board of Trustees , and such regulations shall fix and Limit <br /> the hours for such uses and may also provide for dividing the Town , <br /> into such districts as it may determine, and water shall not be used <br /> for such purposes at any other times and hours than as so fixed. <br /> That for any violation of such regulations as may be so 'fixed the <br /> offender shall be subject to a fine of not less than Five Dollars' <br /> nor more than Fifty Dollars; and in lieu of such fine the magis- <br /> trate may order the offending person' s water connection shut off <br /> for not more than ten days after hearing as in any othercasea <br /> G.
