ORDINANCE NO. 170 <br /> AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING TO 22N TREASURER AND TO AMEND SECTION ONE <br /> OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: ''AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE ELECTION <br /> OF A CLERK AND TREASURER IN AND FOR THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE; TO RE- <br /> GULATE THE DUTIES AND SALARIES OF TILE SAME AND TO PROViIDE FOR VA- <br /> CANCIES THEREOF; AND TO REPEAL AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED; "AN ORDINANCE <br /> TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A CLERli"AND 'TREASiJRER IN AND FOR <br /> THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, PASSED JANUARY 21, 1900, ; AND TO REPEAL ALL <br /> ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH "PASSED MAR- <br /> CIt 7, 1905, AND NUMBERED 28 IN THE BOOK OF ORDINANCES. <br /> BE IT ORDINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE; <br /> BOULDER COUNTY, COLORBDO, -- <br /> Section 1. That Section One of Ordinance No. 28 Of the Book of, Ordin- <br /> ances and entitled; "An Ordinance to provide for the election of a <br /> Clerk and Treasurer in and for the Town of Louisville, to regulate the <br /> duties and salaries of- the same and, to provide for vacancies thereof; <br /> and to repeal an Ordinance entitled; "An Ordinance to provide for the <br /> appointment of a Clerk and Treasurer in and for the Town of Louisville <br /> Passed January 21, 1900 and to repeal all ordinances and parts of <br /> Ordinances in conflict herewith" , passed March 7, 1905 be and the same <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> That at the General Municipal Election of the Town of Louisville <br /> to be held on the 5th day of April, 1932 for the election of <br /> Mayor and Trustees, and every two years thereafter at the regular <br /> biennial municipal election there shall be elected one Town 2reas= <br /> urer by the voters of the Town who hold his office for the term of <br /> two years and until his successors is elected and qualified. <br /> Section 2.
