That the Board of Trustees- hereby finds, - determines and <br /> declares that this Ordinance. is necessary for immediate preservation <br /> of ,the public peace , health and safety. <br /> Section 8. In the opinion of the Board of Trustees an emergency <br /> exists, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> from and after its passage and publication. <br /> Passed, adopted and approved this 19th day of March, A. D. 1937, <br /> and ordered published in the Louisville Times. <br /> Wm. Jenkins., <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> John Moffitt, <br /> Town Clerk. <br />
