SECTION : Before any person or--c-orporation shall move or• cause to <br /> be moved- any house , building, or other structure , he or it, shall <br /> fist obtain a permit so to do from the Board of Trustees, upon <br /> application as provided in Section One of this article. <br /> SECTION 3. Before any person, persons or corporation shall tear <br /> down or demolish any house, building or other structure, he or it, <br /> shall first obtain a permit so to do from the Board of Trustees <br /> upon application as provided in Section One of this article. <br /> SECTION 4. Before any person, persons or corporation shall remove <br /> from within-the Corporate limits\ of the Town of Louisville, any <br /> house, building or other structure, he or it, shall first obtain a <br /> permit so °to do from the Board of Trustees, upon-application as <br /> provided in Section One of this article, ' <br /> ARTICLE 5. PERMITS TO DEMOLISH OR REMOVE; WHEN GRANTED. <br /> SECTION 1. The Board of Trustees shall grant a permit to any person, <br /> persons, or corporation to tear down or demolish, or remove from the <br /> Corporate limits of the Town any house, building or other structure, <br /> upon the payment to the Town Treasurer an amount, equal to the pro- <br /> portionate share such house, building or other structure sought to <br /> be torn down or demolished, or removed form the corporated limits <br /> bears to the total bonded indebtedness of the Town; such share or <br /> proportion to be based upon the assessed valuation such building or <br /> other structure bears to 'the total assessed valuation of the Town, <br /> ARTICLE 6. <br /> SECTION 1. MISDEMEANOR--PENALTY. <br /> SECTION 1. Any person, persons or corporation or employee who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed <br /> guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction therefor, shall be fined <br /> not less that Five ($5.00) Dollars and not more than Three. 0300.00) <br /> Hundred Dollars, or imprisoned for not less than one day or more than <br /> Ninety (90) days in the Town Jail or both such fine and imprisonment. <br />
