ORDINANCE NO. 199 <br /> AN' ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE TOWN WATER SYSTEM AND TO AMEND SEC- <br /> TION 6'; OF ORDINANCE NO. 128 ENTITLED "ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGU- <br /> LATIONS GOVERNING WATER RATES AND PRIVILEGES IN RELATION TO THE WATER <br /> WORKSSYSTEM " , ADOPTED FEBRUARY 23, 1921, BY ADDING RULE 10 ( a) TO <br /> SECTION 6 OF SAID ORDINANCES AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS <br /> OF ORDINANCES IN' CONFLICT HEREWITH. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUIS- <br /> VILLE, BOULDER COUNTY, sCOLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That Section 6 of the said Ordinance No. 128 is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows by the addition of Rule 10 (a) : <br /> Section 6. Rule 10 ( a). . No stop inserted in the street mains for <br /> the purpose of connection with the service pipes shall be of a greater <br /> diameter than three-fourths of an inch. Every such stop shall be of <br /> copper; and the service pipes connecting With said stop shall be cop- <br /> per pipe. All service pipes shall be copper pipe of the following <br /> grade and description, to-wit: "K"'. <br /> Section 2. All 'Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in Conflict here- <br /> with are hereby repealed. <br /> Introduced, read, adopted, approved and ordered published on this <br /> 6th day of December, A.
