ORDINANCE NO. 200 <br /> AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE SALARY OF THE DEPUTY TOWN CLERK <br /> AND TO AMEND SECTION . 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 191 ENTITLED, " AN ORDIN- <br /> ANCE CONCERNING OFFICERS AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A <br /> DEPUTY TOWN CLERK, TO PRESCRIBE HIS BOND, ,AND TO PRESCRIBE HIS <br /> BOND, AND TO PRESCRIBE AND REGULATE THE DUTIES AND SALARY OF THE <br /> DEPUTY TOWN CLERK, AND TO REPEAL ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERE- <br /> du I TH: " <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUIS- <br /> VILLE, BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 191 be amended to read <br /> as follows: That the salary of such Deputy Town Clerk shall be <br /> Sixty-two Dollars and Fifty Cents (062.. 50) per month, payable mon- <br /> thly, but such Deputy Town Clerk shall receive no other compensa- <br /> " tion or fees or whatever kind or nature for any duties now or here- <br /> after required to be performed by such Deputy Town Clerk. <br /> Section 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> Passed, adopted and approved this 14th day of 'March, A.
