ORDINANCE NO. 215 <br /> AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE SALARY OF THE DEPUTY TOWN CLERK AND <br /> TO AMEND SECTION TWO ( 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 200 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE <br /> '2 OF NO. 1G THE 91`�, PASSEDF THE PUTY TOWN AND AD PIED ON LERK THE 14TND TO HMDAY OF TION <br /> MARCH, <br /> 1939, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE; <br /> BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO: <br /> SECTION 1. That Section Twos ( 2) of Ordinance No. 200 be amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> SECTION 2. That the salary of such Deputy Town Clerk shall be Eighty <br /> Dollars ($80.00) per month, payable monthly, but such Deputy Town <br /> Clerk shall receive no other compensation or fee of whatsoever kind <br /> or nature for any duties now or hereafter required to be performed by <br /> such officer. <br /> SECTION 2. That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 3. It is hereby declared that this Ordinance and the pro- <br /> visions thereof is necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br /> public peace, health and safety for the reason that it is necessary to <br /> ensure the services of the present officer mentioned herein if the in- <br /> cumbent is retained in such office. <br /> James Hindman <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> John A.
