ORDINANCE NO. 221 <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 10 OF ORDINANCE NO. 137, BEING <br /> AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES`, PROVIDING TRAFFIC <br /> RULES AND RULES OF THE ROAD AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS <br /> THEREOF, PASSED AND ADOPTED July 6th, 1923. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF <br /> LOUISVILLE, BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO; <br /> Section 1. That Section 10 of Ordinance No. 137, passed and adopt- <br /> ed July 6th, 1923 and being an Ordinance concerning motor and other <br /> vehicles, providing traffic rules and rules of the road and provi- <br /> ding penalties for violations thereof, be and the same is hereby <br /> amended to read asr'ollows; <br /> Section 10.. (a) That it shall be unlawful for any person not having <br /> a driver' s license or whose driver' s license has been suspended, as <br /> required and provided by the laws of the State of Colorado, or any <br /> person under the age of 16 years, or for aiy person physically or <br /> mentally disabled or incapacitated in any particular, temporarily <br /> or permanently, to operate-Or drive a motor vehicle upon the streets <br /> or alleys of the Town of Louisville, providing such disability or <br /> incapacity is such as to interfere with the ready and safe opera- <br /> tion or same; or to drive a motor vehicle not properly marked by <br /> license plate or plates or other insignia as required by the laws <br /> of the state of its registration. <br /> (b) . No person while under the influence of intoxicating liquor <br /> or any alcoholic drink or any narcotic or exhilirating drug, shall <br /> drive or operate any kind of vehicle on the streets , alleys or <br /> other public places of the Town of Louisville. <br /> (c ) . That it shall be unlawful for the owner or any other person <br /> having charge or control of any motor vehicle, to permit any pro- <br /> hibited person, as in subsection (a) hereof, to operate or drive <br /> the same in the Town of Louisville. <br /> James Hindman <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST; <br /> John A.
