ORDINANCE NO. 222 <br /> AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING AND FIXING THE SALARY OF THE TOWN <br /> CLERK AND EX-OFFICIO WATER AND STREET COMMISSIONER AND DEPUTY <br /> TOWN MARSHAL, AND CONCERNING AND FIXING THE SALARY OF THE TOWN <br /> MARSHAL AND BUILDING INSPECTOR AND DEPUTY TAX COLLECTOR, AND TO <br /> REPEAL ORDINANCE NUMBER 214 PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE 9th DAY <br /> OF MARCH, 1943. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF <br /> LOUISVILLE, BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. The annual salary of the town clerk and ex-officio <br /> water and street commissioner and deputy town marshal shall be and <br /> is hereby fixed at Twenty-one Hundred Sixty Dollars, payable in <br /> monthly installments of one hundred and eighty dollars commencing <br /> with the term of office of such officer as he may be appointed in <br /> the month of April, 1945, and for each yearly term thereafter. <br /> Such officer shall receive no other compensation or fees of what- <br /> soever kind or nature for any duties now or hereafter required to <br /> be performed by him in any of said capacities, and any fees earned <br /> or collected by him as deputy town marshal shall be accounted for <br /> by him and turned into the town treasury. <br /> Section 2. The annual salary of the town marshal and building in- <br /> . Spector and deputy tax collector shall be and is hereby fixed at <br /> Nineteen Hundred Forty-four Dollars, payable in monthly install- <br /> ments of one hundred sixty-two dollars commencing with the term <br /> of office of such officer as he may be appointed in the month of <br /> April, 1945, and for each yearly term thereafter. Such officer <br /> shall received no other compensation or fees of whatsoever kind or <br /> nature for any duties now or hereafter required to be performed by <br /> him in any of said capacities , and any fees earned or received <br /> by him as such officer in executing the process of the Police <br /> Magistrate of the Town, or otherwise, shall be accounted for by him <br /> and turned into the town treasury. <br /> Section 3. Ordinance No. 214 passed and adopted on the 9th day of <br /> March, 1943 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> James Hindman <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> John ,A.
