ORDINANCE NO. 223 <br /> AND ORDINANCE CONCERNING AND FIXING THE SALARY OF THE DEPUTY <br /> TOWN tILERK AND TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NUMBER 215, PASSED AND ADOPTED <br /> ON THE 9th DAY OF MARCH, 1943. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF <br /> LOUISVILLE, BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. The annual salary of the Deputy town clerk shall be <br /> and is hereby fixed at eleven hundred fifty-two dollars, payable <br /> in equal monthly installments, commencing with the term of office of <br /> such officer as he or she may be appointed in the month of April, <br /> 1945, and for each yearly term thereafter, but such deputy town <br /> clerk shall receive no other compensation or fee whatsoever kind <br /> or nature for any duties now or hereafter to be performed by such <br /> officer. <br /> Section 2..
