Bonds shall mature -as .per the following schedule: <br /> Bonds No. 1 and 2 shall mature on December 1, 1948 ' <br /> Bonds No. 3 and 4 shall mature on December 1, 1949 <br /> Bonds No. 5 and 6 shall mature on December 1, 1950 <br /> Bonds No. 7 and 8 shall mature on December 1, 1951 <br /> Bonds No. 9 and 10 shall mature on December 1, 1952 <br /> Bonds No. 11 and 12 shall mature on December 1, 1953 <br /> Bonds No. 13 and 14 shall mature on December, l, 1954 <br /> Bonds No. 15 and 16 shall mature on December 1, 1955 <br /> Bonds No. 17 and 18 shall mature on December 1, 1956 <br /> Bonds No. 19 and 20 shall mature on December 1, 1957 <br /> Bonds No. 21 and 22 shall mature on December 1, 1958 <br /> Bonds No. 23 and 24 shall mature on December 1, 1959 <br /> Bonds No. 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 shall mature on December <br /> 1, 1960 The Town of Louisville reserve's the right to redeem all or part <br /> of said bonds prior to their maturity and in event any bond or bonds <br /> are call redeemed, then the called redemption shall be 'in the order that <br /> the then outstanding uncalled bond with the lowest number shall be call _ <br /> rddeemed first, provided however, that sixty days before any such call <br /> rddemption shall be made, written notice shall be mailed by registered , <br /> mail to the holder and owner- of such bond, at his last known address as <br /> shown by the records of the Town Clerk of Louisville. The Town Clerk <br /> of Louisville at the time of the sale of the bonds herein shall'make -a <br /> list of the name and adctess of the purchaser of each bond together, <br /> with the number of the bond or bonds owned by each purchaser and any <br /> person who may thereafter become the legal holder and owner of such bond, <br /> may file with the Town Clerk 'of Louisville his name and address as the <br /> holder and owner of any bond or bonds and the notice for call redemption <br /> of any bond called before due shall be sent to the person tho is shown <br /> by the records of the Town Clerk of Louisville to be the present holder <br /> and owner of the bond to be call redeemed at the time the notice is sent, <br /> and notice sent by registered mail addressed to the last person shown <br /> to be the holder and owner by the records of the Town Clerk of Louisville <br /> at the address shown by the records of the Town Clerk of Louisville, shall <br /> be sufficient notice to mature said bond and stop the running of interest <br /> sixty days after call notice is mailed, whether such person is the actual <br /> holder and owner at the time of such maturity or receives mail at the <br /> address shown by the records of the Town Clerk of Louisville, or not, <br /> the burden being upon the holder and owner of the bond to inform the <br /> Town Clerk of his ownership and address. <br /> Said bonds, both principal and interest, shall be payable at the <br /> office of the Town Clerk in the Town of Louisville, Boulder County, <br /> Colorado. Said bonds shall bear date of the first day of December, 1945, <br /> shall be signed by the Mayor of said Town, countersigned by the Town <br /> Treasurer with the corporate seal of said Town affixed thereto and attested <br /> and recorded by the Town Clerk and shall be recorded in a book to be kep <br /> by the Town Clerk for that purpose. There shall be attached to each <br /> bond coupons numbered from 1 to 15, both numbers inclusive, each coupon <br /> representing a year' s interest on each bond to which it is attached <br /> and securing the interest as it accrues and each said coupon shall bear <br /> the number of the bond to which it is attached, the facsimile signature <br />
