and to secure the principal and interest , the full faith, credit , re- <br /> sources and all taxable property of the said Town of Louisville are <br /> hereby irrevocably pledged. The said Town of Louisville hereby ex- <br /> pressly reserves the right to redeem this bond and the other bonds <br /> of , this series prior to their maturity in the following order and on <br /> the following conditions: <br /> The Town of Louisville reserves the right to redeem all or part <br /> of said bonds prior to their maturity and in event any bond or bonds <br /> are call redeemed, then the called redemption shall be 'in the order <br /> that the then outstanding uncalled bond with the lowest number shall be <br /> call rddeemed first , provided however, that sixty days before any such <br /> call redemption shall be made, written notice shall be mailed by regis- <br /> tered mail to the holder and owner of such bond' at his last'.known <br /> address as shown by the records of the Town Clerk of Louisville, The Town <br /> Clerk of Louisville at the time of the sale of the bonds herein shall <br /> make a list of the name and admess of the purchaser of each bond to- <br /> gr with the number of the bond or bonds owned by each purchaser and <br /> any person who may thereafter -become the legal holder and owner of such <br /> bond may file with the Town Clerk of Louisville his name and address <br /> as the holder and owner of any bond or bonds and the notice for call <br /> redemption of any bond called before due shall be sent to the person who <br /> is shown by the records of the Town Clerk of Louisville to be the present <br /> holder and owner of the bond to be call redeemed1 t the time the notice is <br /> sent , and notice sent - by registered mail addressed to the last person <br /> shown to be the holder and owner by the records of the Town Clerk of <br /> Louisville at the address shown by the records of the Town Clerk of <br /> Louisville, shall be sufficient notice to mature said bond and stop <br /> the running of interest sixty days after call notice is mailed, whether <br /> such person is the actual holder and owner at the time of such maturity <br /> or receives mail at the address shown by the records of the Town Clerk <br /> of Louisville, or not, the burden being upon the holder and owner of the <br /> bond to inform the Town Clerk of his ownership and address, <br /> This bond is one of a series of thirty bonds of like tenor and date, <br /> maturing as follows: <br /> Bonds No. 1 and 2 shall mature on December 1, 1948 <br /> Bonds No. 3 and 4 shall mature on December 1, 1949 <br /> Bonds No. 5 and 6 shall mature on December 1, 1950 <br /> Bonds No. 7 and $ shall mature on December 1, 1951 <br /> . , . -' .Bonds Nb. 9 and 10 shall mature on :December 1, 1952 <br /> Bonds No. 11 and 12 shall mature on Ddcember 1, 1953 <br /> Bonds No. 13 and 14 shall mature on December 1, 1954 <br /> Bonds N0. 15 and 16 shall mature on December 1, 1955 <br /> Bonds No. 17 and 18 shall mature on December 1, 1956 <br /> Bonds No. 19 and 20 shall mature on December 1, 1957 <br /> Bonds No, 21 and 22 shall mature on December 1, 1958' ' <br /> Bonds No. 23 and 24 shall mature on December 1, 1959 <br /> Bonds No. 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 shall mature on <br /> December 1, 1960 <br /> The total amount of the bonds of this series is Fifteen Thousand <br /> Dollars (445, 000) , issued for the purpose of raising funds for the <br /> purpose of paying the purchase price of water rights and prosecution <br /> of appropirate legal action seeking a change of point of diversion of <br /> any water rights purchased, so as to make the same usable through the <br />
