therefor, the time of purchase, and the names and residences of the <br /> persons from whom such purchases Were made. <br /> Section 7. That in case any person so licensed, as provided 'In <br /> this ordinance, shall remove his place of business from the location <br /> designated in such license, he shall immediately give notice to the <br /> Town Ole Plc and have the change noted upon such license. <br /> Section 8. That the Chief of Police, or any police officer of the <br /> Town of Louisville, shall have the right to examine any article purchased <br /> by the licensee, and may deman that any article so purchased be exhibited <br /> and such officer shall have the right to inspect the placeā¢ of business of <br /> the licensee and all articles being kept therein, whenever he shall deem <br /> it necessary to do so. <br /> Section 9. That any person who shall violate any of the provisions <br /> of this ordinance shall be fined not less than 45: 00 nor more than <br /> 4300.00 for each and every offense. <br /> Section 10, That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 11. That in order that a, complete record may be kept of <br /> second-hand articles and jink bought and sold in the Tbwn of Louisville, <br /> and in order to detect property which may have been stolen, this <br /> ordinare is deemed necessary for the preservation of the public 'mace, <br /> health and property, and in the opinion of the Board of Trustees , an <br /> emergency exists, therefore it shall take effect immediately upon its <br /> introduction and passage and be published as provided by law. <br /> Introduced, passed, and adopted this 7 day of June, A.D. 1946. <br /> James Hindman <br /> Mayor. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> John A.
