it <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 232 <br /> AN ORDINACE CONCERNING AND FIXING THE SALARY OF THE TOWN CLERK, <br /> THE SALARY OF THE TOWN MARSHAL, AND THE SALARY OF-THE DEPUTY TOWN CLERK`; <br /> AND TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NUMBER 222 and 223 PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE 6th <br /> DAY OF MARCH, 1945. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE: <br /> Section 1. The annual salary of the Town clerk and ex-officio water <br /> and street commissioner and deputy town marshal shall be and is hereby <br /> fixed at Twenty-four Hundred dollars, payable in monthly installments of <br /> Two hundred dollars. Such officer shall receive no other compensation or <br /> fees whatsoever kind or nature for any duties now or hereafter required to <br /> be performed by him in any of siad capacities, and any fees earned or <br /> collected by him as deputy town marshal shall be accounted for by him <br /> and turned into the town treasury. <br /> Section 2. The annual salary of the town marshal and building <br /> inspection and deputy tax collector shall be and is hereby fixed at <br /> Twenty-one hundred and sixty dollars, payable in monthly installments <br /> of one hundred and eighty dollars. Such officer shall receive no other <br /> compensation or fees of whatsoever kind or nature for any duties now or <br /> hereafter required to be performed by him in any of siad capacities, and <br /> any fees earned or received by him as such officer in executing theprocess <br /> of the police magistrate of the Town, or otherwise, shall be accounted <br /> for by him and turned into the town treasury. <br /> Section 3. The annual salary of the Deputy Town Clerk shall be <br /> and is hereby fixed at sixteen hundred and twenty dollars payable in <br /> equal monthly installments of one hundred and thirty-five dollars, but <br /> such deputy town clerk shall receive no other compensation or fee what- <br /> soever- kind or nature for any duties or hereafter to be performed by <br /> such officer. <br /> Section 4. Ordinacen No. 222 and 223, passed and adopted on the <br /> 6th day of March 1945 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances <br /> in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> James Hindman <br /> Mayor. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> John A.
