ORDINANCE NO. 237 <br /> AN ORDINANCE DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WITH REFERENCE TO THE <br /> SALARIES OF THE DAY MARSHALL AND THE NIGHT MARSHALL AND PROVIDING <br /> FOR AN INCREASE OF THE SAME AND FUNDS FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE SAME. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, <br /> COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That an emergency exists with reference to the salary <br /> of the Day Marshall and the Night Marshall and that it is necessary to <br /> - increase the salary of the Day Marshall from e200.00 to 9220.00 per <br /> month, which is hereby done, and to increase the salary of the Night <br /> Marshall from 4180.00 to 4?200.00 per month, which is hereby done. that <br /> the demand for said increases in salaries are contingencies which could <br /> not have been reasonably foreseen at the time of the adoption of the <br /> budget for the current year and that in order to continue to have said <br /> offices satisfactorily filled by competent officers, said increase is <br /> necessary. <br /> Section 2. It is hereby ordered that there be transferred from <br /> the contingent fund to the officers salary fund the sum of `")280.00 <br /> to pay said increase in salaries for said two officer for the balance of <br /> the fiscal year. <br /> Introduced, read, passed and adopted the 15th day of September, <br /> 1947, A.D. <br /> James Hindman, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: - <br /> I John A. 1Jionigi, Town Clerk <br />
