ORDINANCE NO. 244 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE TOWN WATER SYSTEM AND TO ESTABLISH RULES, AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING WATER RATES AND PRIVILEGES AND REGULATIONS WITH REFERENCE TO THE WATER WORKS SYSTEM, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 234 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO : Section 1. That Ordinance No. 234 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows : The following yearly flat rates for use of Water by water users in the corporate town of Louisville (Unless specified as other than yearly rates ) payable monthly in advance are hereby established.
