Roomers, each 3.75 <br /> Tank water for 50 gallons .20 <br /> Meter rates: <br /> minimum charge per month 4.70 <br /> Upto 5,000 gallons per month, no charge other than <br /> said minimum <br /> All over 5,000 gallons per month and up to 10,0000 <br /> gallons per month per 1,000 gallons .40 <br /> All over 10,000 per month and up to 20,000Cgallons <br /> per month, per 1,000 gallons .30 <br /> All over 20,000 gallons per month, per 1,000 gallons .25 <br /> Section 2. All consumers outside corporate limits of the Town <br /> shall pay 22 times the rate for Eimilar use of water within the Town. <br /> Section 3. It shall be the duty of the Town Clerk to render a <br /> yearly statement to each water consumer showing the total yearly <br /> water rental, all of such rates and assessments shall be due and <br /> payable monthly in advance on the first day of each calendar month. <br /> I.f not so paid the applicable provisions of kule 6 of Section 6 of <br /> Ordinance No. 128, as hereinafter amended shall apply. <br /> Section 4. The water rent year shall begin on January 1st of <br /> each year and end on December 31st of each year. <br /> Section 5. That Rule 6 of Section 6 of Ordinance No. 128 be <br /> gnd the same is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> 111 <br /> Rule 6. The water rates, meter rates, and assessments must be <br /> paid month y in advance, without notice at the office of the Town Clerk <br /> on the first day of each and every calendar month; if not so paid <br /> on or before the 10th day of the month they will become delinquent <br /> and a penalty .of 10% must be added, and collected as a part of the <br /> water rental. And if the said water rentals are not paid on or before <br /> the 20th of the said month the water will be turned off. Should the <br /> occupant of the premises turn on the water or cause it to be turned <br /> on after it has been shut off at the curb bock it will be turned off <br /> at the main qnd a charge of ten dollars (;p10. 00 ) will be made for the <br /> expenses of turning it on again. <br /> Section 6. To amend Rule 2 of Section 6 of Ordinance No. 128. <br /> Rule 2. At the time of making the application, the Town Clerk <br /> shall collect the sum of t'sn dollars (010. 00) to cover the cost of <br /> making the tap from the water main and the corporation cock. <br /> Section 7. The Board of Trustees hereby finds, determines <br /> and declares this Ordinance necessaryfor the immediate preservation <br /> of the public peace, health safety. <br /> Section 8. In the opinion of the Board of Trustees an <br /> emergency exists therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br /> in force on the first day of December, A.D. 1948. <br /> Section 9. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> Introduced, read, adopted and ordered published on this26—day <br />
