Section 3. That the duties of such Town Marshall and Building Inspector shall be the same as those provided for by section three of Ordinance No. 99, approved March 2nd, 1915. Section 4. That said Town Marshal and Building Inspector shall provide bond and take and subscribe oath, as i provided by section four of Ordinanc No. 99, approved March 2nd, 1915. Section 5.
