That the duties of such <br /> Town Marshall and Building Inspector <br /> shall be the same as those provided for <br /> by section three of Ordinance No. 99, <br /> approved March 2nd, 1915. <br /> Section 4. That said Town Marshal <br /> and Building Inspector shall provide <br /> bond and take and subscribe oath, as i <br /> provided by section four of Ordinanc <br /> No. 99, approved March 2nd, 1915. <br /> Section 5. The Board of Trustees i <br /> said town shall also at the meetin; <br /> mentioned in Section one of this Or <br /> inancP,and annually thereafter, appoi <br /> a town clerk who shall be ex-officio t <br /> water and street commissioner of I <br /> said town and shall be the deputy m <br /> shall and building inspector of the to' <br /> and his qualifications, term of off <br /> manner and amount of bond and du <br /> shall be as provided in sections 5, <br /> and 9 of Ordinance 99, approvea M <br /> 2nd, 1915. <br /> Section 6. The salary of the Town <br /> Clerk and ex-officio water commissioner <br /> I and deputy marsnall and building in- <br /> spector shall be One Hundred ($100.00) <br /> Dollars per month, payable monthly, <br /> but such officer shall receive no com- <br /> pensation or fees of whatsoever kind <br /> or nature for any duties now or here- <br /> after required to be performed by <br /> him in any of the said capacities, and <br /> any fees earned by him as deputy mar- <br /> shall shall be accounted for and turned <br /> into the town treasury. <br /> Section 7. That the office of Town <br /> Marshall and the office of Town Clerk <br /> and ex-officio water and street com- <br /> missioner and deputy marshall are here <br /> by abolished. <br /> Section 8. That ordinances and parts <br /> of ordinances in conflict herewith are; <br /> hereby repealed. <br /> Introduced, read, adopted and or- <br /> dered published this 7th day of No- <br /> vember, A.
