ORDINANCE NO. 115 <br /> AN ORDINANCE CONCERN%NG THE CARRYING OF CONCEALED WEAPONS, AND <br /> PROVIDING PENALTY THEREFORE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE <br /> BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO,-- <br /> Section 1. That no person, unless authorized so to do by the proper <br /> authorities of the State, County or Town shall use or carry concealed <br /> upon his persoi any firearms, as defined by law, nor any pistol, revolver <br /> bowie knife, dagger, sling shot, brass knuckles , or" other deadly weapon. <br /> Any- person who violates the foregoing provisions shall be deemed guilty <br /> of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a <br /> fine - of not more than Fifty nor less than Five Dollars. All firearms <br /> and concealed weapons within the meaning of this act found upon or taken <br /> from persons violating the same shall be forfeited to the Town and con- <br /> fiscated. <br /> Section 2., All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith <br /> are hereby repealed, <br /> Introduced, read, adopted and ordered published this 16th day of April, <br /> A.D. 1918. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> H.
