<br /> Forty-three of an Ordinance ;entitled
<br /> f "An Ordinance in relation to Water
<br /> _I Works and Water Rents," Which
<br /> Ordinance is Number Thirty-eight,
<br /> e (38) and was adopted December, 18,
<br /> 1 1894.
<br /> - Be it ordained by the Board of Trus-
<br /> tees of the Town of Louisville, Coun-
<br /> ty of Poulder and State of Colorado;
<br /> - Section I
<br /> That Section Forty-three (43) of an
<br /> ..Ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance in
<br /> relation to Water Works and Water
<br /> 1, Rents";Which Ordinance is Number
<br /> ,i,Thirty-eight i 38) and adopted Decem-
<br /> 3!ber 18, 1894, is hereby amended to
<br /> l I read as follows;-
<br /> 4 Section 2.
<br /> i• The Follo,n'ing rates for the use of
<br /> water from said Water Works are
<br /> hereby established, said rental fees to
<br /> Icover the various uses for one year
<br /> i I from the time such use is begun, un-
<br /> i i less otherwise specified herein, and 1
<br /> when not otherwise specified shall be
<br /> paid quarterly in advance, to-wit:

<br /> dinance and the provisions thereof is
<br /> necessary for the immediate preser-
<br /> • vation of the Public Peace, Health and
<br /> Safety.
