ORDINANCE No. /35 , AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1922 . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TIC TON OF LOUISVILLE: Section 1. That there be and is hereby levied upon Vhe taxable property, real , personal and mixed, situated within the corporate limits of the Town of Louisville , Boulder County, Colorado, for the year 1922 , a total of ten (10) mills upon each dollar of valuation of such property, to yield approximately Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty-nine and 2n/100 Dollars , 05729.26) and to be distributed as follows , to-wit: (a) For 7eneral current expenses and town improvements five and two-tenths (5.2) mills upon each dollar of valuation, to yield approximately Twenty-nine Hundred and Seventy-nine and 21/100 Dollars ( 2979.21) . (b) For interest on bonded indebtedness of the town, two and five-tenths (2 .5) mills upon each dollar of valuation and to yield approximately Fourteen Hundred and Fifty Dollars (' 1450.00) . (c) For redemption of water refunding bond number _91 series of 1916 and toward sinking fund for redemption of water bonds , series of 1910 and due in 1925, two and three-tenths (2 .3) mills upon each dollar of valuation and to yield approximately Thirteen Hundred and Thirty-three. and 33/100 Dollars ( 1333.33) . Settior. 2 . Every ordinance or part of every ordinance in conflict herewith is hereby repealed .
