ORDINANCE NO. 139. An Ordinance Concerning and mak- ing Appropriations for the Fiscal Year, commencing April 1st, t;i24, and ending March 31st, 1925, and For Sinking Fund For Redemption of Town Water Bc.nds. Be It Ordained by the Board'of Trus- tees of the Town of Eouisville, Boulder County, Colorado: Section 1. The following; named sums of money for the following named objects and purposes are hereby ap- propriated from any moneys in or com- ing into the town treasury o t"the Town of Louisville, for ics uses and pa,- poses, to defray all the necessary expenses and liabilities of the Town, incurred and to be incurred, for the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of April, A. D. 1924 and ending rn the 31st day of March, A. D. 1925, to-wit: For salaries of Mayor and Trustees $315.00 For Salaries of Town Marshall and Town Clerk, ex-officio wa- ter Water and Street Commis- sioner and deputy marshal 3,180,00 For salary of T.awn Treasurer... 75,00 For Salary of Town Attorney 250,60; For Salary of Health Officer 100.00 For street lighting and town hall lights 2,120.00 For interest on bonded indebted- ness.. 1,450.to For redemption of water bond, No. 4,Series of 1916 re-appro- priation from 1923 1,000.10 For sinking-fund toward redemp tion of water bonds maturi.ig in 1925, series of 1910; 1,666._6 $5,000 represented by U S Liberty Bonds owned by the town heretofore appropri- ated to said fund For repairing, improving and cleaning streets and alleys and purchase of tractor.. 3,000.00 For repairing and improving water system 1,500.00 For assessment on stock in South Boulder & Coal Creek Ditch Co, and special runs 125.00 For Firemen 100.00 For Louisville cemetery 110.00 For stationery, printing, publish- ing and election expenses 350.00 For telephone service 75.00 For compensation insurance pre- mium 75.00 For Fire Insurance premium 130.00 For poor fund 100.00 For coal, gasoline, oil and re- pairs 500,00 For purchasing storage room for town property 300.00 For improving town hall and grounds 425.00 1For contingent expenses 1,900.00 Section 2, All unexpended balance remaining in any fund heretofoi e made and created and so remaining at the beginning of the fiscal year cot.imenc- ing April 1st, 1924, not including any funds appropriated to sinking funds, are hereby transferred to the gener;ai fund of the Town anr., made subject to tithe foregoing appropriations.
