<br /> the assessing ordinance in which case
<br /> an allowance or rebate shall be made
<br /> of the percentum added for cost of
<br /> collection and of the interest included
<br /> in the.foregoing amount pertaining to
<br /> the real estate of any such paying
<br /> owner for the period between Decem-
<br /> beroth, 1925 and March let, 1926,when
<br /> the first installment would otherwise
<br /> become due.
