<br /> Section 3. That said assessments shall be payable 'without demand t' `
<br /> made therefor at any time within thirty (30) days after the publication a •
<br /> df this orddinance; provided, that all such assessments may, at the elee- v
<br /> tion of the owner of any of said premises, be paid in ,five (5) equal an- 8..
<br /> nual installments with interest thereon at the rate of six (6) per cent.
<br /> per anhum, and in case of such electron to pay in installments, the first
<br /> installment shall be due and payable at the office of the County Treas- t
<br /> urer of Boulder County on the 1st day of March, 1927, and the four re- t

<br /> meaning installments shall be paid in like manner as provided by law.
<br /> with accrued interest' on or before the 1st day of March of each of the
<br /> four succeeding years, and interest shall be payable semi-annually at
<br /> said rate of six (6) per cent, from and after the said let day of March. i
<br /> 1927.
<br /> Section 4. Failure to pay any installment whether of principal or
<br /> interest, when due, shall cause the whole of the unpaid principal to be-
<br /> come due and collectible immediately, and the whole amount of the un-
<br /> paid principal and accrued interest shall thereafter draw interest at the
<br /> .rate of one (1) per cent, per month or fractional part of a month, until
<br /> the day of sale for such delinquency; but at any time prior to the day
<br /> of sale, the owner or any interested person may nay the amount of all
<br /> unpaid installments, with interest at said rate, and all penalties 'accrued
<br /> thereon, and shall thereup be restored to the right thereafter to pay in ri
<br /> installments. -The owner (or any interested person) of any property not 8•
<br /> in default as 'to any installment or payment, may at any time pay the fr
<br /> whole of the unpaid principal with the interest accruing to the maturity li
<br /> of the next installment of interest or principal. Provided, that the owner
<br /> of any property or any person interested therein, may at any tide within
<br /> thirty (30) days from the publication of this Ordinance pay the whole of it
<br /> the assessment against the property owned by him or in which he is II
<br /> interested arid;in such case he shall be allowed a deduction from such
<br /> assessment of the amount therein included for interest to March 1st, te,
<br /> 1927, and five (5) per cent, from the remainder. Co
<br /> Section 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances'in conflict here-
<br /> with are hereby repealed.
