ORDINANCE N o. AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING AND MAKING APP .OPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING April 1st, 1927 and ending March 31st , 1928. Be it Ordained by the Board or Trustees of the Town of Louisville, Boulder County , Colorado. Section 1. The following named sums of money for the following named objects and purposes are hereby appropriated from any moneys in or coming into the town treasury of the Town of Louisville Dor its uses and purposes, to defray all the necessary expenses and liabilities of the Town, incurred and to be incurred , for the fiscal year beginning with the 1st day of April , 1927 and ending on the 31st day of March , 1928, to-wit: For salaries of Mayor and Trustees " 315.00 For salaries of Town Marshal and Town Clerk, ex-officio Water and Street Commissioner and deputy Town Marshal 31F0.u0 t or salary of Town Treasurer 75.00 For salary of Town Attorney . . . 25u.u0 For salary of Health Officer 100.00 _y For street lighting and town hall lighting. 2120.00 — For street crossings in Sidewalk Improvement Districts No. 1 and 2 . . . . . . • • • • 2700.00 a For repairing, improving and cleaning streets and alleys . r12500.00 i For assessment on stock in South Boulder & Coal 75 .00 Creek Ditch Co. and special runs. . . . . .
