ORDINANCE No. / C a. • <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1929. <br /> Be It Ordained By The Board Of Trustees Of The Town Of Louisville : <br /> Section 1. That there be and is hereby levied upon the <br /> taxable property, real , personal and mixed, situated within the <br /> corporate limits of the Town of Louisville, Boulder County, <br /> Colorado, for the year 1929, a total of ten (10) mills upon each <br /> dollar of valuation of such property, to yield approximately a <br /> net Five Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy-two and 57/100 <br /> Dollars ( 5472 .57) , and to be distributed as follows , to-wit: <br /> (a) For general currect expenses and town improvements <br /> seven and forty-six hundredths (7.46) mills upon each dollar of <br /> such valuation and to yield approximately a net Four Thousand <br /> and Eighty-two and 57/100 Dollars (04082/57) . <br /> (b) For interest on bonded indebtedness of the town , <br /> and to redeem 'dater Bond No. 10, Series of 1916, in the sum of <br /> one thousand dollars, two and fifty-four hundredths (2 .54) mills <br /> upon each dollar of such valuation and to yield approximately <br /> a net Thirteen Hundred and Ninety Dollars 01390.00) . <br /> Section 2 .
