The committee requested additional information on the <br />following invoices: <br />? <br /> Arapahoe Pumping Systems, Inc. ($690.10) <br />? <br /> Boulder County Finance Division ($24,010.00) <br /> <br />NON-PROFIT FUNDING APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />The Committee discussed the 2009 applications for City funding from non-profit <br />organizations. The Committee’s recommendations are as follows <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR THE NEXT MEETING & MEETING SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Due to the Martin Luther King holiday, the next meeting is set for January 12, <br />2009, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Manager’s Office. Discussion items currently <br />scheduled for that meeting are: <br />? <br /> <br /> Sales Tax Reports for the Period Ended November 30, 2008. <br />? <br /> <br /> Financial Statements for the Period Ended December 31, 2008. <br />? <br /> Cash and Investments Balances as of December 31, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
